To Program Group List (only one extension can administer the list) Uses can access up to three Abbreviated Dialing lists: one Personal list and two Group lists. The Departmental Coordinator will send information to Telecommunications listing all extensions who have access to a given list. Group Lists contain numbers that relate to a particular group of people, may contain up to 100 numbers and be accessed from all extensions given access rights to that list.
Either the user or Telecommunications can program/maintain each list. Personal Lists contain numbers that an individual user calls most frequently, may contain up to 100 numbers and can not be accessed from other extensions. There is a $1.00 per month charge for each list. This is an option that needs to be requested though your departmental telephone Coordinator. The Abbreviated Dialing/Speed Calling feature allows telephone users to dial local and long distance phone numbers, other extensions, and Feature Access Codes.
